Led by a triple-certified Master Lash Technician, we take pride in offering customized lash extensions — including Master Volume, Classic, and Hybrid sets — tailored to your unique look and lifestyle. As a certified brow threading, mapping, and tinting specialist, every brow is shaped with artistry and attention to detail, ensuring perfect symmetry and definition. Beyond lashes and brows, our salon also offers professional skin treatments to rejuvenate, balance, and nourish your complexion. CANCELLATION POLICY
Luminous Lashes Policies By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. These guidelines are in place to protect both your time and ours — thank you for your understanding and respect for our business. ⸻ Cancellations & Reschedules • Full Sets & Skin Services: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If canceled after this time, your $50 deposit will be forfeited. • Lash Infills & Brow Services: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. No exceptions. ⸻ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you’ve booked. There is a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled start time. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show. If you arrive late, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time (for example, using a lash primer instead of a full lash bath). If more than 10 minutes of lash time is lost, you may need to book an extended fill at your next appointment to make up for lost time. ⸻ Payments We accept cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo for your convenience. Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to a 2.5% processing fee. • Fills: Must have at least 40% of lashes remaining to be considered a fill. Anything less will be booked and charged as a full set. ⸻ Refund Policy Due to the nature of our beauty services, all sales are final. Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. We always strive for your satisfaction — please communicate any questions or concerns with your stylist before or during your service to ensure you love your results. ⸻ Gift Cards Gift cards purchased from Luminous Lashes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. The full value must be used toward services or products at our location. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
